Our Travel Poem
Our wonderful Auntie Jane has written this lovely poem for us as we head off on our adventures:
The Padster and the Beautiful Girl
Are soon to leave to see the world.
Bags are packed, plans are made,
Now just a wait till leaving day.

So choose a path, see where you’re lead.
Why We Didn’t Buy Our RTW Tickets with STA Travel

3 days in Amsterdam

There’s a lot of culture to Amsterdam, but it’s somewhat overshadowed by the red light district and the weed. None-the-less, we wanted to take a City break and Amsterdam was somewhere we hadn’t been, so off we went! (more…)
Getting Outdoorsy
The first time I walked into an ‘outdoorsy’ store I was seriously out of place. When deciding on going travelling around South America I hadn’t really thought about the attire involved or all the equipment and random belongings I was going to need. So here I was, in a floral skirt, trying on walking boots. (more…)
